Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using robbieprescott.com (the “Site”) or purchasing a membership. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
**1. Eligibility**
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are not at least 18 years old, you must immediately leave this Site.
This Site contains adult content intended for mature audiences. By continuing, you confirm that:
– You are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater)
– Adult content is legal to view in your jurisdiction
– You are not accessing this Site from a location where such content is prohibited

Membership subscriptions are processed by our payment processor, Segpay. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Segpay’s terms of service in addition to these Terms.
– Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis at the interval you select
– You authorize us (through Segpay) to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period
– All sales are in USD unless otherwise stated
– You are responsible for all applicable taxes
**4. Cancellation and Refunds**
You may cancel your subscription at any time. See our Cancellation Policy for full details. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access until that date.
We do not generally offer refunds for partially-used subscription periods. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.
**5. Content and Intellectual Property**
All content on this Site — including photos, videos, text, graphics, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to Robbie Prescott and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view content on the Site for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not:
– Download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content without our express written permission
– Screen-record, screenshot, or capture content by any means
– Use content for any commercial purpose
– Share, sell, or re-distribute your account or access credentials
Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of content may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
**6. User Conduct**
You agree not to:
– Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
– Harass, abuse, or harm other users

The Site includes a wishlist feature that allows members to purchase gifts for Robbie Prescott. All gift purchases are final and non-refundable. Items on the wishlist are linked to third-party retailers; we are not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, or delivery of those items.
**8. Disclaimer of Warranties**
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
**9. Limitation of Liability**
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Robbie Prescott shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Robbie Prescott and their affiliates, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
**12. Governing Law**
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Colorado.
