Cancellation Policy

**How to Cancel**
You may cancel your membership subscription at any time by:
– Logging into your account and visiting your account settings
– Contacting your billing provider, Segpay, directly at segpay.com or via their customer support
– Emailing us at support@robbieprescott.com with your cancellation request
**When Cancellation Takes Effect**
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to member content through the end of the period for which you have already paid. Your access will end when the current billing period expires.
We do not pro-rate partial months.
**Refunds**
Because membership grants immediate access to digital content, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period once it has begun.
Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of:
– Documented technical issues that prevented access to the Site
– Unauthorized charges (subject to verification)
– Other circumstances we deem appropriate
To request a refund exception, email support@robbieprescott.com within 7 days of the charge in question. Include your account email, the date of the charge, and a description of the issue.
**Chargebacks**
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent account termination. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — most issues can be resolved quickly.
**After Cancellation**
Once your membership expires:
– You will lose access to member-only content
– Your account will remain on file in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements
– You may re-subscribe at any time at the then-current subscription rate
